Back to roots: French and from grapes

Created by passionate people born in Champagne, COBALTE joins Iconic Nectars, a group founded by a family of entrepreneurs which has been cultivating vines since 1270 and develops a portfolio of niche terroirs-based spirits. Since then, COBALTE has been established in Aÿ-Champagne.

Result of a collaborative work involving wine-growers, cellar masters and distillers, COBALTE vodka is distilled in a traditional pot still from French grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier exclusively coming from Le parc Naturel de la Montagne de Reims.

As such, COBALTE reconnects with the past and history of vodka: at the end of the 17^th century, people of South-West Russia already mentioned a local spirit made from grapes “the way the French do it” to describe their local vodka.
